You may not be aware that we are a charity based Pre-School and are managed by a parent Committee. This means that parents volunteer their time and skills to help run the Pre-School. This page will give you an insight into what goes on behind the scenes at the Pre-School and to let you know how you could get involved too.
The Committee
The Committee is made up of parents, teachers and volunteers. We work closely with the Manager and staff and are responsible for reviewing policies, employing staff, fundraising and strategic decision making.
The Committee is elected at an Annual General Meeting held in April/May every year. They meet on average every six weeks but also deal with a lot of issues via the Committee Facebook page.
